People Information

The People area contains personnel data that identifies who they are, what they can do, where and when they can work, and more.

Each person has the following tabs:

• General: Contains person identifiers such as, name, contacts, address, IDs, DOB, gender and more.
• Profiles: Identifies what a person can do.
• *Assignments: Identifies where and when a person can work.
• *Messages: Tracks messages sent to the selected person.
• *Paybacks: Tracks shift trades.
• *Penalty: Tracks probationary periods, and job opportunities extended or refused.
• *Logged: Tracks work opportunity hours or instances
• *Preference: Identifies when and where a person prefers to work.
• *Institution: Identifies the selected person’s home institution when configured by your System Administrator.

(*) Customers using Dimensions integrations, the items denoted with an asterisk are not available in Dimensions and must be manually set in this application. Dimensions only populates some data fields in each of these tabs, and the data that it provides should only be changed through Dimensions. Dimensions is the system of record for people fields that are common to both applications. This application is the system of record for people fields that are not common to both applications.
