Removing Profiles

Review Updating Personnel Profiles topic before deleting a Profile. Deleting a profile affects scheduling. You should only remove a profile if the contents within the profile do not affect past, current, or future scheduling.

Important: Deleted Profiles cannot be retrieved.

To remove a person’s profile:

  1. Go to the person’s Profile tab.
  2. Select the profile you want to remove.
  3. Go to the Settings area.
  4. Click Inactive next to Profile Status.
  5. Click Save to disable the profile.
  6. To delete the profile from this application. Return to the Profiles panel, if the inactive profile is not hidden, the Delete button appears and that profile may be deleted. If the profile is hidden, click the gear icon, and select Show Disabled.
  7. Select the profile and click Delete.
