To transfer the hours logged from a previous profile
to a new profile review all of the steps below before you start:
Go to person’s Profile tab.
Select the new profile to transfer hours to.
Select the profile from the Log As menu to transfer
hours from.
For example, suppose a person has three profiles: A, B,
and C. The newest Profile is C, the previous profile
is B, and the oldest profile is A. Choices are:
Select
profile A to carry hours since the beginning of time.
To carry and limit hours to the previous profile, or a specific
profile, select that profile. Example: If the current profile
is C, select profile B to carry hours from profile B to
profile C.
