Person Preference

The person Preference tab is used to identify assignment preferences for employees. The information is used to qualify, disqualify, or sort candidates based on assignment preferences.

Assignment preferences are user defined within the given parameters. Multiple preferences may be defined using non-overlapping date parameters. Preferences can be broad such as, Shift 1, or granular such as Position #5 in Area 3 on Shift 2 from 01/11/2013 through 09/17/2013.

Security permission settings in Setup control the ability to add or edit preferences.
