Person Logged Tab

The Logged tab stores work opportunities in hours or instances within a defined period. Rules use this information to fairly distribute work opportunities amongst employees.

Hours are recorded in buckets and totaled for each profile within the configured time period. Each record represents a different bucket and time period.

Security permission settings in Setup control the ability to change logging totals.

Business Rules determine whether opportunities are evaluated in hours, instances, or dates or all.

Important: Use the Log As field in the person’s profile tab to control whether the system evaluates logging totals within the person’s current profile <rank> or across profiles <self>.
