Resetting a Password for Others

To reset either the web login or phone password for someone else:

  1. Click the person’s name on the People page, and select Edit.
  2. Go to the Login section on the General tab. Choices are...
    • Reset web password to default
    • Reset phone login password to default. To display this check box, Unique Phone Login Credentials must be enabled on the System Information page.
  3. Click Save.
