Profile	Displays a list of employee profiles and limits the table entries by Profile. Limit by <none> displays all profiles. Table entries default to the current active profile. Limit by Profile available as of application version 7.1.5.
Bucket	Displays a list of logging buckets and limits the table entries by Bucket. Application behavior: Limit by <none> displays all buckets. The default bucket limit is <none> when records exist in multiple buckets. When records exist for a single bucket, the table entries default to that bucket. Profile

Displays a list of employee profiles and limits the table entries by Profile. Limit by <none> displays all profiles. Table entries default to the current active profile.

Bucket

Displays a list of logging buckets and limits the table entries by Bucket. Application behavior:

Limit by <none> displays all buckets.
The default bucket limit is <none> when records exist in multiple buckets.
When records exist for a single bucket, the table entries default to that bucket.

Field Name	Profile Field Description
+Add	Creates a new logging record line item.
Remove	Deletes a logging record line item. In application version 7.1.2 the revert function was built into the delete function. The target bucket may need to be recalculated to show original logged hours.
Modified	Displays whether or not the logging record was modified: Blank Value - Denotes the initial state of the logging record. Yes- Denotes the initial state of the logging record has been modified. Initial values display in square brackets next to the corresponding column header: Hours [#], Count [#], and Offer Count [#] No - Denotes that the initial state of the logging record was modified -but original values have returned to their initial state.
Profile	Displays the name of the person’s profile the hours or charges are tracked and applied to. Enables when adding a new record.
Bucket	Displays the name of the bucket that holds the charges. Enables when adding a new record.
Logging Period	The first and last date of the logging period.
Hours	Displays the total number of hours logged against the Person's Profile/Bucket combination for the logging period. Enter the number of hours to be charged for this record.This field is typically used for recording legacy data or editing a record as the record should be created automatically during the staffing process, if applicable.
Count	Displays the total number of occurrences logged against the Person's Profile/Bucket combination for the logging period. Enter the Counts to be charged for this record. This field is typically used for recording legacy data, or editing a record; most logging records are created automatically during the staffing process.
Offer Dates	Displays the datetime the job offer was made. Logging Bucket Last Date 1, Last Date 2, Last Date 3, Last Date 4 display in descending order with the most recent job offer at the top of the list when multiple dates exist. Multiple dates are used in rules as tie breakers amongst candidates who worked or were offered jobs on the same date.
Date Created	Displays the system's date and time stamp when the record was created.Enter the Date charged for this opportunity. This field is formatted for a datetime (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss). This field is typically used for recording legacy data, or editing a record; most logging records are created automatically during the staffing process. Date 1 - references the most recent date charged for a job opportunity. Date 2 - references the second most recent date charged for a job opportunity. Date 3 - references the third most recent date charged for a job opportunity. Date 4 - references the fourth most recent date charged for a job opportunity.
Offer Count	Displays the Count Charge for the opportunity offered.
Offer Moment	Displays the system's date and time stamp when the offer was made, not the Datetime of the offer itself.
Warning Count	Enter a Warning Count. This field is typically used for recording legacy data, or editing a record; most logging records are created automatically during the staffing process.
