Rules are highly configurable in the application and used to staff according to the processes defined by each organization’s business rules. Rules are used to fairly and consistently evaluate employees in order to equitably distribute working opportunities.
The rules engine is the most powerful aspect of the application. When configuration is complete, the staffing process in the application mimics the organization’s staffing process.
