Work Code Statuses

Work codes have several states to denote their system status. Work code configurations are unique to each customer and vary widely from one customer to another. Simply put, your business rules drive work code behavior. This includes whether a work code is manually approved, or automatically approved by the application. A system approved work code means the work code passed your business rules and does not require another user to approve it.
