To edit or create a Dynamic Issue in the Codes
section of the Setup area:
Select a Dynamic Issue and click Edit;
or click Add to create a Dynamic Issue.
Configure the Dynamic Issue. The fields enable (or disable)
depending on the Dynamic Issue Type selected.
Describe the Dynamic Issue in Name.
We recommend using a generic or business-rule derived name
if the dynamic issue is applicable to multiple work codes. This
Dynamic Issue will appear when triggered by the criteria set. Therefore
it is very important the name be clearly understood.
Click Save.
Select the work codes that are applicable to this dynamic
issue in the Work Code menu. Select the applicable Status for
each of the selected work codes.
Go to the applicable work code and assign this new Dynamic
Issue in the Issues panel.
