Show Suppressed Assignments on the Calendar

The default behavior does not show Suppress Assignments on the personal Calendar, or Advanced Calendar. The Show Suppress Assignments feature is available as of application version 6.8. To show Suppressed Assignments on the calendar:

  1. Go to the Calendar view.
  2. Click the gear (top-right).
  3. Click Show Suppressed Assignment to display suppressed assignments, if any.

When Show Suppressed Assignment is selected the setting is saved in the person’s system preferences1 and persists upon logout until deselected.
