The Threshold Calendar allows schedulers to manage
volatile leave allowances. Authorized users can set, modify, and
override the default work code limits as needed on the Threshold
Calendar.
For example, suppose the application is configured to allow ten
people to take paid-time off. However, something prevents the organization
to allow ten people to take paid-time off. Rather than altering
the configuration in setup, the scheduler can simply adjust the
limits on theThreshold Calendar.
The
Threshold Calendar includes:
- Calendar Date: Sets
the month in view.
- Edit: Modifies single or multi-edit threshold values.
- Clone: Copies threshold values.
- Lock: Overrides the threshold value presets for the purpose
of stopping leave requests immediately. Unlocking will resume leave
requests. This means if ten leave requests are allowed, and six
people have taken leave for the day, then only four more can take
time off.
- Remove: Reverts leave threshold values to their initial
state (value).
