The Activity Log records activity for the following components: Contact Manager, Email Manager, Network Manager, Line Manager, Task Manager, Import Manager, Gateway Manager.
Debug Data - logs the minutest details of the selected component(s). To log Debug data this feature must be enabled for each component.
Information - displays general information. This is information only, for example: Contact Manager Initializing...
Warnings - displays a warning type message but won’t prevent the system from initializing or carrying the transaction through. For example, suppose that you have four Line Manager lines busy and another call is made, you may get a warning stating that no lines are available.
Errors - System failure or the Task Manager job failed completely or one of the selected targets within the Task Manager job failed.
In application 7.2, all system date time data was converted from server timezone to UTC. The Date Time column in the Activity Log table references the Institution’s timezone. Exceptions displayed in the Descriptions column of the Activity Log display in UTC. System Application logs located in C:\Program Files\App Name\server\logs display in UTC.
