Bid Warnings

  Auction Bid Warnings
1 You will forfeit all unsaved bids made this turn. Skipping your turn does not eliminate you from the entire auction.
Reason: The active bidder clicked Skip Turn.
2 Bidding is NOT allowed on this item.
Reason:Appears when a user attempts to bid on a non-biddable item, like the Parent or Leaf Auction item. In the configuration of the Auction, the Biddable check box for the Auction item must be checked to show this warning.
3 This item has not been configured with any quantity to win.
Reason: Appears when an Auction Item has been set with No Quantity to bid on (Max Qty:0)
4 A parent item has reached its maximum winnable quantity; a parent is SOLD OUT.
Reason:Appears when an Auction Item below the Parent item has been maxed out. For example, the Auction Item has reached the limit set in Max Child Bids field located within the Parent Item’s configuration settings.
5 To save your bid, click the SAVE button in the upper right corner.
Reason:Reminds the active bidder to save their bids.
6 You cannot bid on an item that is SOLD OUT. The item has no remaining quantity to win.
Reason: Appears when an Auction Item is sold out. This means that the Auction Item’s Max Qty is reached and the item cannot be ‘won’ by another bidder.
7 You are limited to bidding on ‘X’ items in this Auction.
Reason: This warning displays when the active bidder has reached the total number of bids they are allowed during the auction.
8 This is a ‘Non-Retractable’ auction and does not allow bids to be withdrawn nor allow less competitive bids to be placed.
Reason:Appears when an Auction is configured to ‘Allow Bid Retraction’ and a user attempts to retract their bid.
9 You are now active in the bidders list. Click OK to refresh the auction, then check the box next to the item you want to win.
Reason: Informs the bidder they can bid now, and appears upon system log in; or when using the inbound phone option #1 to retrieve messages.
