When bidders have reached the allowable bid limit set for an auction item, the system displays “Sold Out” next to that auction item and disables the Bid button.
For example, only five people can take December 25th off, once five people have met the limit and won December 25th, the Auction shows “SOLD OUT” next to that auction item.

For example, an auction may be configured to allow ‘X’ many people to be off with a certain specialty, shift, or job title... and bidders ahead of you on the list who meet the criteria may have reached that allowable limit before your turn came. |
