Blueprint job vacancies must be visible on the Planning board.
To staff job vacancies using unallocated people that
are available for the entire period of the vacancy using the People
Filter drag-and-drop method:
Click the People Filter.
Choose the desired blueprint, and click Unallocated until
it turns dark blue to refresh the People Filter list of candidates.
Candidates available for the entire period show at the
top of the list above fully allocated people. Fully allocated people
are grayed out.1
Select a person to refresh the page. Blueprint jobs available
for the person enable, if any. The blueprint will show the blue
arrow next to the available job or jobs
To manually allocate the person to the desired job, click
and hold the mouse key down and then drag the selected person to
the job.2
The person is allocated to the job and no further
action is needed.
