To publish or unpublish blueprints
on the Planning Board:
- Click the pencil icon.
- Click Advanced Edit Mode to show the check boxes
next to the blueprints.
- Select the blueprints you want to publish or unpublish.
- Click Advanced Edit Mode, and select Publish to publish
a blueprint. A published blueprint is visible to personnel allocated
to the blueprint jobs. Select Unpublish to hide the blueprint
from personnel allocated to the blueprint jobs.
Unpublished blueprints show the eye with the slash mark
icon next to the blueprint name.
- Optional - To publish multiple blueprints at one time,
limit the blueprints on the planning board by Publish first, select
all blueprints, then click Publish.
People with Schedule: Scheduling permission will
continue to see unpublished blueprints on the Scheduling board.
