Labels are used to categorize and quickly locate blueprints when using Search. Simply put, labels makes blueprints easy to find. For example, labels may be created to identify a family of products, or to identify a customer, or to tag a product as Rush to expedite production.
The authority permission, Setup: Labels grants full access to Labels in the Setup > General > Labels.
