The Outbound feature is used to automatically contact personnel using Fill By Rules (staff using your rules) or fill By Person (choose any person). Fill By Rules is position centric, this means the application will offer candidates the job using your business rules.
Supported delivery and response options for Outbound Blueprint Jobs include IVR, Email, SMS, and Contact Log.
When multiple jobs are submitted at the same time the application orders the jobs by job start time (earliest start), followed by job name in alphabetical order.

Additionally, work codes configured with Auto-Notify property can be automatically outbounded using the task type Auto-Notify. The the task type Auto-Hire Blueprint Jobs is also available to automatically outbound jobs, or set an Outbound schedule. Outbound for Blueprint jobs is available as of application version 7.2.
