Definition: Returns people with the contents of the $/hr field. $/hr (Wage) is an optional field, but if left blank, the value is 0.

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a $/hr field = 0 return value are preferred (sorted to the top) over other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise they are pushed to the bottom in a descending sort. If no dynamic ‘Where’ condition is specified then people with empty values or values failing the condition sort to the bottom in an ascending sort. Records of equal sorting priority for all sorting rules are sorted in random order.
