Definition: Returns people with the contents of the Level field associated with the rank/job title on their active Person Profile. The Rank Level field comes from the Setup Rank window. This field is optional and it can be blank. The Rank Level field only exists to be used in a rule to break ties between equal candidates.
Return value: Values of type number.

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a blank Rank Level value are pushed behind the other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are preferred (sorted to the top) if the sort is descending.
