Definition: Returns people with the abbreviation of the contents of their Preferred Station field, if it matches the target Station. Preferred Station is an optional field. People can have blank return values if the Preferred Station field is blank or if its value is not the target Station.
Return value: Values of type String.

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a blank Preferred Station value are pushed behind the other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are preferred (sorted to the top) if the sort is descending.
