Last Contacted (Last Called Date Time)

Definition: Returns people with their most recently called record’s date and time stamp.

Return value: Values of type Date Time

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a blank return value are pushed behind the other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are preferred (sorted to the top) if the sort is descending.

  • ALL- do not limit by contact log type
  • VACANCY - returns the DateTime for contact logs associated with filling vacancies (Default value)
  • MESSAGE - returns the DateTime for contact logs associated with messages
  • NOTIFICATION- returns the DateTime for contact logs associated with notifications
  • ALARM- returns the DateTime of contact logs associated with staffing alarms.
Mode
  • TOUCHED- returns the last modified DateTime (Default value)
  • INITIATED - returns the creation DateTime
For this location
  • NO- Does not limit based on location of the contact log record (Default value)
  • YES - returns records for the target position only.
  • UNIT- returns records associated with the target unit only
  • STATION - returns records associated with the target station only
  • REGION- returns records associated with the target region only
  • AGENCY- returns records associated with the target agency only

  • <NOTHING> - do not limit by list (strategy).
  • <INTEGER>- returns the DateTime stamp of the last contact log created by this specific list (Default value)
  • 0 - returns the DateTime stamp of the last contact log created by the target list of the vacancy
Timeframe too
  • NO - do not limit by time frame
  • YES -previous offer during the time frame specified by the From/Through fields.
Ignore outcomes
  • NONE -Consider all records regardless of outcome.
  • ALL-ignore all contact log outcomes listed below.
  • ACCEPTED-ignore records with accepted outcomes.
  • REJECTED-ignore records with rejected outcomes.
  • REMOVED- ignore records with removed outcomes. (Default value)
  • ALT-ACCEPETED- ignore records with alt-accepted outcomes. Ignore offers that were accepted by someone else.
  • ALT-REJECTED-ignore records with alt-rejected outcomes. Ignore offers that were rejected by the person in a multiple offers scenario.
  • OFFERED AGAIN-ignore records with offered-again outcomes (Default value)
  • STANDARD- ERRORS - ignore records with any of the standard set of outcome errors. This allows you to re-offer a vacancy if the previous outcome was no ring, operator intercept, and so on.
Unexpired Only
  • NO - returns all contact logs regardless of their expiration status (Default value)
  • YES - returns only contact logs that where the offer has not expired
