Definition: Returns people with the contents of their Job Level field (the field to the right of Rank field). The Job Level field is an optional field, so this field can be blank.
Return value: Values of type String.

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a blank Job Level field are pushed behind the other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are preferred (sorted to the top) if the sort is descending.
