Definition: Returns people with the contents of their Gender Code field. The Gender Code field is an optional field, so this field can be blank.
Return value: Values of type String.

Arguments: None.
Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people with a blank Gender Code field are pushed behind the other candidates in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are preferred (sorted to the top) if the sort is descending.
To exclude a gender from the list of candidates, use the Where field and type =’M’ to return male candidates and exclude females. Conversely, to return only female candidates, type =’F’ in the Where field.
