Definition: Returns people with the contents of the Last Name field. The Last Name field is required so a person cannot have a blank Last Name field.

Sorting: If this base rule is used for sorting in a List Target or a List, then people are sorted alphabetically by their Last Name in an ascending sort; otherwise, they are sorted in reverse alphabetical order in a descending sort.
