Create a Roster View with Multiple Days

To show multiple days on a Roster view:

  1. Click the gear icon.
  2. Click Add Roster View
  3. Name this roster view.
  4. To show multiple days go to the General panel of the Display tab, options are...
    • Enter a number from 1 to 31 in Days Included.
    • Enter 99 for the target month in Days Included.
    • Select Display Entire Month check box.
    • Use the Nearest Date to target a specific day of the week. Example: to create a roster view that always starts on Sunday and draws an entire week of activity. Enter SUNDAY= Last Sunday, or SUNDAY(1)= Next Sunday.
  5. Configure the remaining settings as desired. Recommended fields are checked by default.
  6. Click Save.
