To enable the Locate People function on the
Roster, click the icon that looks like a person with a magnifying
glass. To access advanced search options, click the icon that looks like
a gear.
Advanced
search options include:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Show People | Shows all personnel on the roster for the target date. |
| Show Vacancies | Shows vacancies on the roster. To quickly access a vacancy, click the vacancy on the list to highlight the selected vacancy or vacancies on the roster. |
| Limit to “On Duty” | Shows personnel who has a regular duty or working code on the roster. |
| Limit to “Now” | Shows personnel who is on the roster as of right now. The people shown on the list satisfy the filter at the moment in time the button was activated. |
| Limit to Exceptions | Shows personnel with an exception on the roster; includes working and nonworking codes. |
| Locate Me | Used to quickly locate yourself on the roster. Recommended for large roster views. |
| Locate My Changes | Used to quickly view and locate the logged in user’s changes for the target date. |
