Audit Report Field Descriptions

This report displays the accrual balances for all Accrual Group numbers. The report allows the tracking of the remaining balances for each accrual group (i.e. vacation, sick, comp time, etc...)

The Who column displays the name of the person who made the changes.
The When column displays when the changes took place.
The Target column displays the area modified/affected.
The Typecolumn displays the changes made.
The Description column displays a summary of the changes.

Field Name	Description
Date Selection	Whether to use calendar dates or dynamically calculated dates.
From	The start date of a range to return Audit data.
Through	The end date of a range to return Audit data.
Institution	Limits the output to the selected Institution.
Audit Target	Limits the output to the selected Audit Targets only.
Audit Type	Limits the output to the selected Audit Types.
Person	Limits the output to the selected people. Displays a list of active people for the target period.
View Report	Displays the Audit report.
