Preference Profile Field Descriptions

Field Name New Assignment Field Description
Add Creates a new preference profile.
Edit Modifies the selected preference profile.
Clone Duplicates and create a new preference profile.
Delete Deletes the selected Preference Profile. Deleting removes the selected preference profile from people associated to this Preference Profile.
Audit Tracks audit type activity for a preference profile in Setup by person.
Delete Deletes a preference profile.

+Add Field Descriptions

*Denotes a required field.
*Name The name of the selected Preference Profile. We recommend using concise and meaningful names when labeling your Preference Profiles.
Institution | *Institution Displays a list of organizations]. When Institution Focus (IF) is disabled this is an optional field. When IF is enabled and the Institution Focus Override menu is set to <none> this field is visible and allows for the selection of an institution. When IF is enabled and the Institution Focus menu is set to an Institution, this field assumes the focused institution and is not visible.
*Preferences Displays a list of preference sets in the same institution as the preference profile. Select one or more Preferences to create a Preference Profile.
