Work code requests for time-off or time earned can be
managed and approved from the following areas:
Dashboard: The View All Requests link
navigates to the Request Status area where you can create
filters and approve a group of people.
Request Status: Displays work code requests along with
filter options to approve work codes, or search for specific work
codes that have gone through an approval process. This screen can
be accessed from the Dashboard, Roster, or Calendar.
Advanced Calendar - Displays work code activity regardless
of status along with advanced filtering options available in the Limit
Display menu. This screen can be access from the Calendar when
granted, and typically used by staffing personnel to manage work code
activity, such as approvals, forecasting, reveal hidden codes, review
sick or overtime trends, and more.
Personal Calendar - The Personal Calendar also navigates
authorized personnel to the Request Status area, click a
date and select Approve... To access someone else’s personal
calendar, click the person on either the Roster or the People area
and click Calendar... to open the selected person’s calendar
and approve their requests.
Roster - Managing work codes on the roster is simple,
click the work code to approve it, or select multiple people with
work code requests and click a work code to approve the selected
group of work codes.
To navigate from the Roster to the Request Status area,
click on the Roster date below the date picker and click Approve.
