Request Status Area

TheRequest Status screen is a time-request management tool accessible from the Dashboard, Calendar, and Roster.

Use the Request Status area to return work code requests for a date range. Advanced filtering capabilities are also available in this area to limit time requests by department, profile, shift, work code, and more. The requests area displays work codes that require approval or have gone through an approval process. This means if a work code is automatically approved by the person who added the code or the application, then that work code transaction bypassed the approval requirement and does not display in the Request Area. However, if desired, all authorized work codes are accessible in the Advanced calendar or Exceptions report.

TIP:Use the Save As feature to save commonly used filters.

The table below shows the fields available on the Request Status screen.
Name Description
Name The name of the person associated with the work code record.
Work Code The name of the work code record.
Detail Code The detail code of the work code record.
Created The date and time the work code record was created.
Last Modified The last date and time the work code record was modified.
Status The status of the work code record.
Status Change Who The name of the most recent person who changed the status of the record.
Status Change When The date and time the change in status occurred.
Shift The name of the shift associated with the work code record.
Start The start date and time of the work code record.
End The end date and time of the work code record.
Duration The duration period listed in hours for the work code record.
Hire Date The hire date or special date on the person’ active profile.
Promotion Date The promotion date on the person’s active profile.
Opportunity Number The opportunity number on the person’s active profile.
Account The Account code displayed on the work code record.
