Delete Assignment Template

Important
Deleting an assignment template will affect all of the people assigned to the template. Do not remove assignment templates on the person > Assignment tab, doing so will not delete the template from the Assignment Template area, and the assignment will reappear immediately when pushed through in the Assignment Template area.
Only one assignment template can be deleted at a time. To delete an assignment template on the Assignments page in the People area:
  1. Locate the assignment template you want to delete.
  2. Select the assignment template.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Review the Confirm Delete message. Options are:
    • Click Yes to delete the assignment template.
    • Click Cancel to exit the area.
