Global Institution Search Field Descriptions

The Global Search returns personnel in the search criteria with the same as Home Institution as the logged in user, or the target person in the search result has a Scheduled Into institution that matches the logged in user’s Home Institution, or Scheduled Into Institution.

Field Name	Field Description
Name	Locates people and limits the search results by text. Wildcards allowed; for example: underscore _ and percent sign %
Person Status	Returns and limits the search results by person status. Choices are: Show active only Show Active and inactive Show Inactive Only
ID Number	Limits the search results by person application identifiers. Choices are: Payroll ID Web Login ID Employee ID Badge ID External ID
Search Type	Limits the search results by whether or not the person has a Home Institution association. Choices are: People with and without a Home Institution People with a Home Institution People without a Home Institution People who are Scheduled Into the target institution or institutions return in the search criteria.
Institution	Limits the search results by the selected institutions. None selected returns all of the institutions the logged in user has the authority to view. Disabled institutions show if the logged in user has Scheduled Into rights to the disabled institution.

Column Name	Field Description
Name	The name of the person returned by the search result.
Home Institution	The name of the Home Institution associated with the person. If a Home Institution is not listed next to the person, then this person does not have a Home Institution. Additionally, if you limit the search by Institution; for example, Institution A, then the search will return candidates who have an association to Institution A through either their Home Institution, or a matching Scheduled Into institution.
City	The name of the city associated with the person.
1st Contact	The first contact number associated with the person.
2nd Contact	The second contact number associated with the person.
