The Global Institution Search is available when Institution Focus is turned on and used to find people with or without a home institution, or whether they are scheduled into an institution. This search feature allows you to quickly access personnel within and across institutions using various search criteria that can be layered for more granular search results. Filter limits include search by Name, Status, ID Number, Institutions, and more.
The benefit and efficiency of this feature is most notable for customers with multiple institutions with an enormous amount of people in the database. Hence, searching for specific attributes or text strings is much more optimal than loading large sets of people.
