| Group Field Name | Description |

| Group Status | Group is active if enabled or inactive if disabled. |
| Name | Long name. |
| Abbreviation | Short name. |
| Regular Duty | When selected, this Group can be filtered by Rules. |
| Filter Target | Allows this group to be targeted as a selection using One filter target of found in base rule: <People Filter>. |
| Roster Headcount | When selected, displays the selected group in the Roster Headcount matrix. Must use with work code setting Roster Headcount. |
| Equivalent | Considers additional groups that are equal to the selected group for staffing. Equivalent groups may be used interchangeably when staffing vacancies. |
| Group Icon | Displays a list of icons. Used to visibly identify
positions associated with this Group on the Roster. Optional, default
is none. The Blank option is used for alignment if desired. Note:
To view group icons on the Roster be sure the view is set to show Group Icons in Add/Show/Edit this View. |
