The Notification Group Assignment area is used to quickly multi-assign personnel to one or more Notification Groups.
Users must have full access to Setup Notification Groups in order to use this area.
If granting access to the Setup Notification Groups area, another option for users is the multi-edit feature in People. Multi-Edit can be used to assign a Notification Group to a group of people by editing the person’s General information tab; and requires the authority permission setting Person: Edit Advanced to be granted.
