A Person type Formula ID is used to replace person information on the Roster.
For example, Employee ID: 17258 displays by default on the Roster, however the employee’s Badge ID: 222 and Radio# 452 are required items on the Roster not the Employee ID.
Use a person formula ID to replace the Employee ID with the person’s Badge ID and the radio number on the Roster as shown below.
Person formula ID output: 222 452 replaces Employee ID: 17528
Multiple person formula IDs can be created, but only one person formula ID can be active at a time for each user. The user’s Profile tab contains the person formula ID.
