Attachments created after enabling Institution Focus are only visible and accessible by the institution that created the attachment.
Attachments created and saved prior to activating Institution Focus are accessible to all institutions and remain accessible after activating Institution Focus because the attachments were initially saved with multiple institutions assigned. If desired, these attachments may be deleted and recreated under the correct institution after activating Institution Focus - please see a Kronos application expert to further discuss your attachment configuration before deleting any attachment history.
