Attachment Groups are templates used to predefine attachment settings.
Multiple attachment groups or templates can be created to automatically apply the settings within the template and applicable behaviors.
Best Practice:
Create one attachment group representing each level of the organizational structure. Doing so, allows attachments to be accurately placed on the Roster next to an Institution, a Region, a Unit, a Position and, so on.
